We accept returns for most items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, your product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.

- Customized or special-order lighting products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at info@luxsync.store with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@luxsync.store within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped yet. After shipment, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return once the product is delivered.
